if you want to get technical, i actually FAILED on the first day of the 30 day photo challenge. completely failed. i didn’t get around to taking my first photo (SUBJECT: SELF PORTRAIT) or posting on the blog. i did however play catch up today…so we shall have two blogs for each photo subject.

DAY ONE of the 30 day photo challenge was the subject: SELF PORTRAIT. We live in a SELFIE HAPPY universe and I am the ultimate unashamed, unbashful selfie taker. my favorites are selfies with my babies. BUT the subject did not ask for a SELFIE, it asked for a self portrait. I went ahead and took a very typical, artsy self portrait, however if you really wanted to know WHO i am, i am a mother. first and foremost and completely. Taking a photo with all three of the tiny humans is almost impossible so i decided to include a photo that perfectly captures who i am all in one shot along with the ever so artsy ‘self portrait’. this isn’t technically cheating on the 30 day challenge. i am still presenting a NEW photo i took along with another one that defines me much more.
