north carolina in the fall is gorgeous. there aren’t enough words to describe how pretty it is out here during the short few months where the leaves are turning and the air is beautifully crisp. one of my favorite places to shoot is lake johnson in raleigh. it is a popular location for people who run, walk their dogs, or just want to enjoy the outdoors without getting too rustic. kinsey and her family requested a little fall photo shoot against this beautiful backdrop. the kids were amazingly adorable and i even got papa to crack a smile 🙂
